Say what?

So we heard from the post office today about our claim. We actually claimed 2 puzzles that they lost pieces too, also.

We aren't getting the computer or puzzles back, and they're going going to give us 65.25 - STUPID!! those puzzles take up half that amount! they're dumb!! I could say a lot more.. but I won't. Should I appeal this decision? ugh.
